1 mile run & track - 8:41
Sunday: 3 mile walk, 7.8 mile bike ride 30:41
Tuesday: 25:48 3 mile on treadmill
Thursday: 29:09 runin neighborhood; 10 min walk home
Been varying the workouts lately which has been noticeably fun and helpful to my body. It's so fun to ride in nice weather and so nice to go faster on my runs.
